Sub: - Request to release 40% arrears immediately to the Teaching Staff-reg

Sir,

I am to submit that, UGC has issued clear guidelines on 20.02.2009 to all the Universities to make payment of 40% arrears in accordance with the Government of India notification dated 31st December 2008 immediately. Most of the Central Universities have already paid 40% arrears to the teaching faculty at least a fortnight before.

Hence, I request you to release the 40% arrears immediately without any delay. The copy of UGC clarification regarding revision of Pay Scales is enclosed. Awaiting for your reply.
